Here u can see glitch for Wheels Xfactor. I had same issue with Xfactor “Third Eye”.

Community ManagerThanks for posting this. We're aware of the issue with Wheels not activating. Unfortunately, I don't have any other details at this time.
Has the Wheels issue been looked at? It’s been reported multiple times, over 2 years ago it was reported and was sent over to EA but it still bugged. Kind of ridiculous honestly, for a skill the requires a minimum of playing 4 seasons of Be a Pro on 4 different teams and winning the division with all of them.

Unfortunately, I don't have any updates on this. Hopefully, we'll see BaP get more attention in the future.
