Has anyone been able to find a fix for this issue? I have the same problem with heat seeker, by rebuilding the data base my pass interceptions began counting again as I was stuck at 3 and now up to 5/50 however heat seeker is not showing as being unlock-able skill for completion. After many hours of character progression this is very disappointing to have to start over. And I am playing offensive defence if it matters
