Yea they just need to unlock all years again, so we don't have to deal with this

It's annoying, that we can't choose freely draft year for the created player. This should be fix. For example if you create player who is born before the year 1964, you can't select any draft year for player. In addition some players has drafted twice to the NHL, Craig Anderson is good example about that. Calgary select Anderson in 1999 NHL draft and Chicago select him in 2001. If we create Craig Anderson to the game, draft year options are 1999, 2000 or un-drafted. In NHL 22 we still could select freely to the draft year.
The NHL entry draft has arranged since 1963, would be nice , if we could select freely draft year. Montreal Canadiens select Guy Lafleur in 1971 NHL draft, if we create Lafleur to the game, we can't select right draft year for him.

Day 28 of being stuck in limbo, wanting to start a Franchise but fearing the next update will fix this and I'll have to restart. 😩

I know right? Such a simple fix and they can't even update it. Literally game breaking for the franchise mode. Same goes for editing guys and they lose their draft year, same **bleep** happened in 2017 too so it's not like its a fresh bug. Should have been checked in the testing process.

Still has not been fixed while the bug where real players lose their draft status when edited has been fixes. Please fix that.

I sent video to Ea_Aljo and hopefully it's being looked at and fixed in the December 5th update.
