Community ManagerI play on Xbox so possibly, this is more likely on PS. I also never change my loadout in the lobby. This is what I mean about needing video. We're not all performing exactly the same steps so we're not all experiencing this.
We are aware of an issue where you can get stuck editing your loadout. That is being investigated. If this is regularly happening to you with the steps you mentioned above, send me a private message with your PSN ID so I can pass it on as part of this investigation.
One more thing just to clarify: technically you're not "editing your loadout", however, in the lobby, that's what it will say you're doing next to your name.

We're aware there can be a lock up when editing a loadout in the lobby. Hopefully, it'll be addressed in a future update. In the meantime, I recommend editing loadouts while not in a lobby.
