I have a Bluetooth microphone and whenever it is plugged in my world of chel freezes up and I can’t click anything. The game still makes noises when I click buttons but nothing happens. This must have been happened when we did the last update before summer. Now when you fights the function for changing lines stopps working and when the period ends the screen locks up for about 5-10 minutes and after that you enter the period paus dashboard. If you try to enter the paus screen manually it’s the same - the screen locks! This is really frustrating! For your information - we have only played in the Franchise mode! Promotional Events Not Displaying Properly Issue: During events like "Bobble Head Night," the announcers mention the promotion, but when the camera pans to show the bobblehead, the game lags, and the promotional content does not appear. Reproducibility: Occurs every time a promotional event is triggered. 5. Major Issue – Line Energy Freeze After Fights Issue: After fights, the line energy display becomes stuck and does not update. Can't change lines or tactics. The only ways to remove the frozen UI are: • Waiting until the period ends, which results in a freeze lasting several minutes. • Pressing the options button, which also causes a freeze for several minutes. Game: NHL 25 Platform: Xbox Series S Mode: Be A Pro Bug description: During a coach conversation right before the first game of the Stanley Cup Final (playing for Colorado Avalanche), the game freezes. The scene starts, but then the image freezes completely. Music continues to play, but I cannot interact – the game becomes unresponsive. I can return to the Xbox home screen, but the game does not continue. Tried: - Restarting game (full quit, not Quick Resume) - Reloading save file before the conversation - Changing my player's clothing - No success – the issue repeats every time. So I was resigning my plsyers in franchise mode and when i exit the re sign page back to franchise mode menu, the game froze and I couldn't do anything. Only option was to restart the game and ofcourse it didn't save my progress. The servers have been absolutely awful all week. I just lagged out of my 7th game in two days and am down 2.5K RP, do you guys not make enough money to have consistent servers for the one year life span of the game? Dressing room bugs are happening almost every single invite, how in the world does the frequency of a bug increase this drastically? Considering you guys charge $100 for a product that’s realistically worth somewhere in the realm of $39.99-$49.99 - I would assume good servers would be a given. I mean clearly there has been little work done to increase menu smoothness and speeds from nhl21 onwards, but to get the menu to get lost and freeze in SINGLEPLAYER (not online lag issues) in the year of our lord 2025 is unbelievably embarrassing.
