Yep sure would be nice if EA_Aljo would give us some kind of update on when or if they plan on fixing this issue

EA_Aljothank you for the quick response however, there is 1000000000 people that play the game and already do know exactly what the issue is. Who is investigating it? And how do they not know the issue? It’s simple, we cannot equip chest logos because we were a level 10 or further during the bug.. there it’s been investigated now please fix it.

You're welcome! We can't fix it without investigating it though. There are numerous issues being worked on at the moment. When we have news on this, an update will be provided. Thanks!
