I finished my 30 games in the Weekly Competitive objectives. Usually, I go back in the objectives and can redeem my Competitive Mega Pack. Yesterday, when I finished my 30th game, the objective was marked as completed (without the green checkmark though) and my inbox and unopened backs were empty. Just gone. It's very frustrating as it's one of the best reward we can get and we need to put a lot of time to get there.
I opened a ticket and they told me to report the bug here. I am on PS5.
