EASHL Goalie movability- One Timers and deflections

As a goalie in EASHL, or perhaps in any game mode as a user goalie, it is often impossible to save a one timer, especially from the point because your movement completely locks up once the opposing player shoots the one timer. The puck will just go into the net, no matter how fast it's moving, whereas you could otherwise easily move across and at least get close to saving it. The same thing occurs after a deflection. Once the opposing player gets the puck deflection animation, you become frozen. Unable to save the easiest and slowest of deflections from entering the net. This mechanic is mind flowingly stupid to me. Why should we as goalies not be able to read and react to one timers and deflections? Instead they are completely abused by players in the game. Not to mention, it's almost entirely skill-less. This HAS to change immediately. It has made EASHL extremely frustrating for me and my teammates to play.
