Franchise Assign Coach Stuck

Xbox: I went to fire my coach’s and it would not let me out of the screen until I hire a new coach which it doesn’t provide an option to do so. It asks you to hit the start button to hire a new coach but when you do, a pop up comes that says “you currently do not have the correct amount of coaching slots filled on your team. Please fill the following slots: “ then you push ok and rinse repeat with no option to get back to the main screen.
