Hi everyone, I'm having an issue in franchise mode where my signed offensive head coach changes his style for defensive coach and my chemistry became very bad.
It's an issue I have noted in the last games I have been playing.
Even Ovechkin has changed from offensive coach to Defensive... And this has never happened in previous games.
Does anyone else noted this bug?

After they change it's also not possible to request them to change back to offensive. Isn't it possible to add that. So I can recover the coach that changed in this specific save?

I just had the same thing, very annoying, ruins the whole save, hoping for a quick fix,
I've had the same problem with two coaches. Both Paul Maurice and Rick Tockett have become defensive and playing trap hockey. Very frustrating
I’ve had the same problem on Xbox. Makes franchise mode unplayable because you can’t build a good team when the coach keeps changing.
I have find out that the coach changes right after he makes a promise to get to the Cup finals or something like that. So, as a bypass, what I have been doing is to change to a defensive coach before the start of the preseason, and I change back after the season starts.
It does this with all coaches exept defensive and teacher style scheme.
It occurs allways when new season starts.
I have the same problem. I tried a few franchise, finished the franchise 2 tines and i keep having to hire new coach in seasons to bring it back to offensive. Otherwise, coaches keeps reverting back to Defensive automatically…
please fix this!!
