Franchise Mode Trading Fuction Breaks

I was on year 5 of Franchise mode and was being offered a trade in the off-season during the free agency phase. When wanting to look at the player that was being offered by pressing the R3 button, that's when it started not working. Click the R3 button usually brings up the stats and player info. I experienced it only showing up for half a second, then it disappeared. Then when going to decline the trade it didn't work. I'll leave a video.

    Depending on what is considered long. I think I had been playing for like 2 hours at that point. Is that considered long?

    It's not considered long, but could still be the issue. If you restart are you able to load the player info?

    Yes, but if you haven't saved recently you lose a lot of your progress.

    I recommend you frequently save. You said restarting fixes it, but does it happen again?
