Frozen Forces Week 2 Objectives Issue

I play HUT probably too much and new content got released today. I try to complete the objectives really quickly and I completed two of the Week 2 Frozen Forces objectives. “Complete 1 Set” and “Take 40 shots with Frozen Forces Players”. The rewards for the first objectives was an 83 overall bound frozen forces card. It did show up in my packs and I opened up and all was normal and I added him to my collection, but then when I went to add him to my line-up, he was completely missing. This wasn’t a duplicate either. Then the reward for the other objection was supposed to be an 83 overall unreadable frozen forces card. But when I went to open my inbox, it was also a bound card, and when I sent it to my collection, also missing, nowhere to be found. What’s going on here?
