Nevermind it happened the first time trying to recreate lol. I published it on my Xbox activity feed (MichaelD#2277). I think it's visible(?), not sure it's my first time trying to publish something.
One note of the video, I pressed R-Stick while hovering over Hutchinson, and the card of Màlek opened, the glitch then appeared when when I hit 'B'.

I'll get this reported to the team.Don't think so, my experience is that it usually happens during quick swap, specifically with goalies.
