HUT PLACEMENT GAMES VOID

I have played 10 or more rivals games on HUT 25 and my placement games are stuck on my last game therefore I am not in a division and I can’t qualify for HUT Champs… please help

    As you see it is stuck at 4 games and does not progress what is the issue?
