When I go to my in-game inbox I see the error:
"Sorry. Something prevented us from fulfilling your request. The server encountered an unexpected condition."
This error has been present for weeks without resolving itself. I have obviously reset my Playstation 5, and even tried reinstalling the game.
There are so many of us with this issue that has been reported, yet EA do not reach out to help and fix this for us!
Disappointed is not a strong enough word !!!
And now the game keeps sending friend requests on its own to people already on my friends list

I mean to say that I have already and previously followed those steps, and it has not fixed the problem.
correct, i can still play. I have already cleared out system cache as well as rebuilding the ps5 database.
I'm on PS5. Is this an issue you can pass up the chain in order to find resolution?
Community ManagerI thought you were talking about the inbox for HUT, but you actually mean the inbox for messages. That's interesting. I haven't heard of that happening before. What console are you on?
