Inbox goalie mask disappears out of 2

I had two Toronto Maple Leafs goalie masks in my inbox.

  1. Just came off the active auctions. 
    2. I bought off the active auctions for just under 9k and when I put this up to the active auction for to buy now at 13,000 and listed no problem but my 1. Mask that just came off the active auction it disappeared from my inbox and I have reseted both game and PS5. It has no re appeared I like this returned to my inbox box so I can post it up for auction again thanks.

    Hello EA_Aijo is that the norm to just ignore the post of the bug of my content gone missing I want the mask or the coins back fix your game it’s terrible to put time and money into this game only to be shafted by EA’s lies don’t put out a game that dose not work properly now I out the coins that paid for the mask have the team look into it please where is the customer service.
