I got a video of it. I don't 100% understand it, but it seems to occur after a powerplay.
I try to make a line change to put my 1st line on the ice. Shane Wright is on the 1st line. He jumps on the ice, then jumps back to the bench with Burakovsky playing the 1st line instead. I try again, this time Wright stays on the bench.
I am pretty sure its caused after a powerplay ends, that's the only time I've seen it happen anyways.
Trying to actually attach the video, it just loads unbearably slowly. Its been like 10 minutes of loading. So I'll probably get it here later.
It's been 3 months that we still play with a broken game. That bug is MAJOR, as its give us the wrong player, and playing with 5 offensives players is not great at all.
That bug as been report for the last 3 months, by at least 5 different persons, so please don't tell us that EA is not aware of the problem.

This happens in Be a Pro mode a lot. My player will try to change lines and end up right back on the ice 2 or 3 times in a row, then finally I get a line change, and the coach puts me back on the ice 10 seconds later. This will happen maybe 10 times and then I get benched for 10 minutes and miss the rest of the period. Usually happens in the 3rd period too so it pretty much ruins the game.
