Hello there; me and my friend recently were playing threes eliminator in World of Chel when all of a sudden we lost connection simply due to the opposing team being AFK (pretty common happening). All that just to go the endgame screen and see we lost rank not to mention we were already winning 2-0. Also would like to mention it was neither of us that lost any internet or Wi-Fi from our consoles.

This was only a one time thing, which leads me to believe it was a simple in game issue.

so can i get my rank back or no? i spoke personally with a support rep and they said the forum would assist with my issue. I hit the diamond 2 rank so losing about 700+ rp per game is detrimental compared to gaining 80-125 per win.
