Hello. Was the game purchased on the same account you're playing on? If you're gamesharing, only the account that made the purchase will get the pre-order content.
If that's not the issue, open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here so they can investigate this.

I opened a case and they told me to “wait patiently for it to be resolved.” I need to know how I can escalate this situation. At this point I’m extremely frustrated with how I’ve been treated by EA and I’m looking for either a refund, or the pack that I paid EXTRA for.

I was told the same thing and now I can’t even contact support to further inquire about maybe an eta on a resolution for this

It’s a joke, I pay extra for a pack in HUT, don’t get the pack I paid extra for and I’m the problem because I’m not being “patient”

The chat option is an infinite loop. It's consumer unfriendly. EA should be fined and shut down.
