I opened a case and they told me to “wait patiently for it to be resolved.” I need to know how I can escalate this situation. At this point I’m extremely frustrated with how I’ve been treated by EA and I’m looking for either a refund, or the pack that I paid EXTRA for.

I was told the same thing and now I can’t even contact support to further inquire about maybe an eta on a resolution for this

It’s a joke, I pay extra for a pack in HUT, don’t get the pack I paid extra for and I’m the problem because I’m not being “patient”
