I was told the same thing and now I can’t even contact support to further inquire about maybe an eta on a resolution for this
It’s a joke, I pay extra for a pack in HUT, don’t get the pack I paid extra for and I’m the problem because I’m not being “patient”

I don't know why they would tell you to wait as there is no known issue with this currently. If you can contact support again, make sure they know you're talking about NHL 25 and not Madden 25.
Also, they normally ask for proof of purchase. Are you providing this and is it showing the purchase was before September 13th? So far, the accounts we've checked showed that the pre-orders were not placed before this date.

We are not aware of any issues with this pack. If you're playing on the account that pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition before September 13th, you should have it. If you'd like to inquire about a refund, please contact the retailer you purchased the game from.
