We are not aware of any issues with this pack. If you're playing on the account that pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition before September 13th, you should have it. If you'd like to inquire about a refund, please contact the retailer you purchased the game from.

      Please contact an advisor by opening a case here. They most likely will want some proof of purchase so it would be good to have that ready.
