Community ManagerI don't know why they would tell you to wait as there is no known issue with this currently. If you can contact support again, make sure they know you're talking about NHL 25 and not Madden 25.
Also, they normally ask for proof of purchase. Are you providing this and is it showing the purchase was before September 13th? So far, the accounts we've checked showed that the pre-orders were not placed before this date.
