Community ManagerHello. Was the game purchased on the same account you're playing on? If you're gamesharing, only the account that made the purchase will get the pre-order content.
If that's not the issue, open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here so they can investigate this.
The chat option is an infinite loop. It's consumer unfriendly. EA should be fined and shut down.
