Missing xp bonus pack
I've completed the hut xp with a million plus xp points. It keeps saying that I've earned the last bonus xp pack but it's not in my inbox. It's been over 24 hours still no pack

It's been over a week now since this issue popped up for us. I've created cases for this since last week.. how is this still an issue? Can you please figure this out? The player base has dwindled down, and if people don't get the rewards they are promised for the time and effort that is put in, more will dissappear. This is just bad business at this point.

Hi,was there any comm over this? Did they at least gave you an update or did they ignored your request update? We spent a lot of time on this last pack and it's extremely unfair to have advertised a pack that didn't exist in the end.
I think they just threw 2 packs in my inbox when the last update happened.
