I've completed the hut xp with a million plus xp points. It keeps saying that I've earned the last bonus xp pack but it's not in my inbox. It's been over 24 hours still no pack

Any update on this?
The new XP path arrives soon and I spent a lot of time to get this done before the time is up, not having a reward now is a big deal, especially since the other packs had extremely bad content.
I know none of this is your fault, but it would be great to have answers on this issue and what is going to be done for the pack that we didn't get.
