Same thing happened to me twice tonight. Performed the hat trick(s) as a winger on Utah BAP on Xbox Series X, if that helps identify the issue. Unbelievable.

Why? I gave you videos of many of issues in 24 and not one was fixed. Stop wasting peoples time and just be honest with them. It’s not going to be fixed until next game or the game after that because EANHL doesn’t care about their player base unless you’re spending mommy and daddy’s credit card on HUT packs. And at the same time Aljo try to deny that EA doesn’t put 80%+ of their energy and focus into HUT as their is an entire forum on this website dedicated to JUST HUT while no other game mode has one 🤣🤦🏻
While you aren't wrong, I'm pretty sure being a di** about won't inspire them to get it fixed any faster. I would hope that this issue would warrant a fairly swift hotfix as it is literally a game-breaking bug. Still, it has been a week so far with no further updates so.......... I'll give them another week, maaaybe 2 and if it still hasn't been resolved I'll uninstall it since BAP is the only reason I play the game. I'll just go back to last year's version since that mode is literally just a copy/past from last year aside from the new animations, and I can live without those.
I have had this issue as well on PS5, in BAP the game crashes anytime I score a hat trick or break a goal-scoring record. It has happened 6 times just today and each time was after either a hat trick or breaking Gretzky's 50 in 39 goal-scoring record so it should not be very hard to recreate. This is the only game I'm currently having crashing issues with so I feel hardware issues can safely be ruled out.
