same for me! every hat trick in Be a pro, doesn't matter if its my player or another on my team. after the celebration when the EA logo pops up it freezes. i've sent the report when prompted on ps5 each time. last 2 times i included the video when sending the report. error code CE-108255-1 for reference. so far when replicating the error the only time it doesn't crash is when i score the third goal after the coach asks for another goal, it cuts to the coach conversation after the hat trick rather than the ea logo.
