Community ManagerRude responses definitely don't get the attention people are hoping. The ones that do get sent over to the team are detailed and constructive and don't include insulting/rude comments. I get the frustration, but the best way to make your voice heard is to just kindly tell us what you're experiencing.
Not trying to be rude or anything but you ask for video captures over here on the Forums. Is it because the ones we send when the game crash do nothing for you guys and are only for Sony/Playstation? Or is it just easier if we send it through here?
Anyways I did read patch notes and it seems to include a fix for "Crash during gameplay" which could be the fix for the hat trick crash but I'll only be able to test tonight. If it is thanks! If not let me know I'll try to reproduce and get a capture over here instead

I don't know where those videos go. Since I am directly in contact with the dev team, it's very easy to relay issues to them so they're aware as soon as possible. I can also give them account details along with a good description of what is happening.
We are working on addressing this issue. I'd expect a fix quicker than is being assumed.
Thanks for the reply! For your info, I played BaP last night and scored a few HT and never crashed. Other teams did as well. Seems to have been fixed with yesterday's hotfix. Thanks a lot!

Scratch that, scored a few hatties in Memorial cup without a crash. Then first pre-season game after getting drafted, I crashed after a hat trick. This time though I pressed x (PS5) to skip and saw "Hold to skip" as there was probably something special happening since I was now in NHL. Couldn't save video and wasn't recording, but I did send crash report. Hope it helps thanks!

It’s not just the hat trick celebrations either. Just had my second occurrence of the game crashing at the end of a period when the buzzer sounded. Anytime the **bleep** announcers talk that’s not live action it seems at risk of crashing. Before if I got a hat trick I would just quit out the game so I didn’t lose my stats but now it’s seeming like it could happen anytime. This game mode is becoming unplayable. Which is weird because it doesn’t seem like you’ve changed it at all in 4 years.
Confirmed, not fixed. Just had it happen 2 consecutive games in a row as of 740pm eastern time 11/18

Someone else mentioned disabling commentary helped with this. However, I haven't heard of much success with this.
My game game crashed twice today so it's not fixed... in two weeks.
Give me a way to disable these cutscenes. That would fix it. They take too long anyways. Just happened to me again, same hat trick goal celebration every time.
