Rude responses definitely don't get the attention people are hoping. The ones that do get sent over to the team are detailed and constructive and don't include insulting/rude comments. I get the frustration, but the best way to make your voice heard is to just kindly tell us what you're experiencing.
pittmonkey66new here? People paid almost $100 for an incomplete product, just like the last multiple games EANHL has released. I don’t talk mean for no reason - this company is actively running their player bases pockets. I understand releasing annually is difficult & the EANHL team probably isn’t that big - but there is ZERO effort to fix GAME BREAKING bugs. ZERO effort to fix minor tedious bugs that they have allowed to carry on since 2020. 2020 man. Say that out loud. For 5 years, a top priced game has allowed the same bugs (both game breaking i.e. BAP perma freeze, WOC faceoff reset. & small and tedious i.e. cosmetic WOC bug franchise mode power play role bug) to present themselves in the next game. That is a company that does not care about their player base. They deserve 0 slack.
