Community ManagerThis couldn't be further from the truth. While we can't act immediately on issues like this, critical ones that cause a crash are normally addressed. These things take time. The process is far more complex than as being assumed.
Hi there. I'm having the same problem on Series X. Score a hat trick in be a pro and while the 'baseball caps are thrown on the ice' animation plays, the frame rate starts dropping and then the game throws you out to dashboard. It has ruined 3 very exciting comeback games. A wee bit frustrating. Love the game though. X
