Community ManagerThis couldn't be further from the truth. While we can't act immediately on issues like this, critical ones that cause a crash are normally addressed. These things take time. The process is far more complex than as being assumed.
“This couldn’t be further from the truth” are you serious right now? This literally happened between me and you last year. I reported a game breaking bug. You asked for a video of it. I gave you a video of it. You didn’t get back to me for weeks and when you did you literally admitted that it would not be fixed for the remainder of the NHL 24 and that you guys would “try” to have it fixed for next game. Funny how you don’t remember it when you’re the one who locked the post to stop dialogue between the players.

What was the game breaking bug from NHL 24 that we didn't fix?
In Be A Pro, the game perma freezing when you go to receive an x-factor while in a cut scene talking to the coach. It would freeze endlessly, the only way out was to dashboard, and when you loaded back up it would happen all over again. I reported it here multiple times and it was YOU who finally caved and admitted that it wouldn’t be fixed and that you guys would try to fix it for next game 🤣 stop acting like you don’t remember it aljo, you literally locked the post once other players started agreeing with me about how much of a rip off the game was.
