Game:
I was playing in Be A Pro Mode and got my first hat trick at home arena and as the hat celebration is wrapping I start to get a few sound issues and then the screen went black and crashed back the XBOX main screen completely out of the game. I went back in and tried again and repeated the hat trick and same thing. I was able to recreate it 4 times. The last time I even tried deleting the saved game and starting over and it still happens. In other words it's repeatable.

So you know the update DID NOT FIX THIS!!! AND THERE ARE MORE PROBLEMS WITH THE GAME. WAS THIS EVEN TESTED!?

Someone else mentioned disabling commentary helped with this. However, I haven't heard of much success with this.

What was the game breaking bug from NHL 24 that we didn't fix?
I’ve gotten a hat trick in 3 different games… and all 3 games have crashed smh
Confirmed, not fixed. Just had it happen 2 consecutive games in a row as of 740pm eastern time 11/18
is there a fix yet happening quite often now like a 30% chance it wont happen
EA_Aljonot just the hattrick bug, also after some time its just crashing, very strange like the server crashes in the middle of the game, and with my console is everything fine, so please dont come me with updates or something that
