So I did some research and it seems like a known bug that hasn’t been globally fixed as our club still does not have access to logos.
I read a similar post where one of the community managers said they pushed a grant for logos and it worked for some. Either we never received the same grant or it didn’t work.
Just to clarify we are part of the preorder gang and it seems like those clubs were impacted as the clubs bags were glitched before launch. As a club we are now level 13 but our logos don’t show up on our jerseys. We opened a bag that granted us access to our arena but as I said not to customize our jerseys/logos. Can we get this fixed asap please? Frustrating playing in blank jerseys and don’t want to have to start a new club.
