As far as the language issue goes, that is not set in game. As you have noticed, the language is based on the language set for your console.
Same on my side it seems like it happens only in franchise mode. It also only occurs when I’m in penalty kill personally. I also made some change to de line up but I doubt this has something to do with it but it might.
