No player at faceoff

Reporting back. Starting a new franchise does fix the bug.

I just started a new franchise mode after the latest patch and this face off formation glitch is happening to me on the penalty kill as well.. as I've sunk so many hours before even playing my first preseason game, making trades, setting up scouts, signing free agents etc. restarting will not be an option for me.

Hey, so I did some testing on the issue. It appears it isn't coach change related. I have been able to recreate the issue in the power play as well, but instead of not having a center, my winger stand in the spot where the d man is. The d man is there, it's just the winger and d man are inside each other. 

I strongly believe the issue has something to do with changing players positions in the line up. Eg going into the player menu to set them as a left winger if they're a right winger.

Update: I decided that I was going to just play season mode because I feel this face off issue will never be fixed, just to find out that you can't even access free agency without it soft locking.. so literally the only offline mode that seems to work is be a pro and even then I had to quit playing for about a month because if I scored a hat trick it would dashboard.

just started for me as well. Same thing, no center on pk faceoffs, after a coach change, in franchise. Tried resetting to default lines, still happening.
