Claiming HUT rewards and not receiving XP. It had happened to me at least 8 times now ranging from 500xp up to 15,000xp rewards.

No response? It's been days. I'm still getting robbed of XP. I literally don't get any rewards that are in HUT XP when completing an objective. If it's a pack or player, every time. It's been so bad I have not gotten the last 4 or 5 rewards now. This is beyond ridiculous.
Just uploaded 3 more videos. Two I do not receive HUT XP and on I do. 9,000 in xp not rewarded and 2,500 that did. This is an everyday occurrence and I've beyond lost count of xp not getting rewarded. The fact it's been a week and you still fail to respond is astounding. Great customer service. 👌

None of your clips show your XP level, so I assume that you think you should get coins, but this is NOT the case, because these are XP (experience points) NOT coins ... this is NOT the same
Same thing is happening to me. I wonder if it's because we bought the game early. Contacted support and they are not sure whats going on.
Dude Fix this please! Axs1890Sxa4283 has reported this and I have as well and your best answer is we should not have been awarded this. we've been robbed of coins.
He's talking about coin also not xp. He's talking about coin but misspoke. 11 days and no resolution. ridiculous
Fix this stupid issue EA. I've been buying these games foreever. You guys need to acknowledge there is an issue. Support has not identified this as a known issue despite this being reported on these forums 2x and over 2 weeks ago.
Support needs to escalate and get a DB guy to figure out who has missing cash from rewards they are owed.
Also I think you're unaware how this works EA_Aljo We were supposed to be rewarded coins not points. But you said above that we are supposed to receive XP. XP is not part of claiming rewards. XP is awarded right after a game in the game menu. He's talking about claiming in the rewards section when you hit right trigger to get to the objectives menu.
The fact that this was reported here 15 days ago and support isn't aware that this is a known issue. 🤦♂️ C'mon EA Support do better!
