One timer icon below player doesn't appear because of settings bug

One of the most promoted and bragged about features of this entire release doesn't work since the icon passing bug in multiplayer.

It turns on if you turn on icon passing. But as we know, icon passing settings don't sync into your MP sessions. **bleep**. 

Idk what else to say, it's a horrible bug.
