Player loses stamina faster than normal

I had a match where my players were constantly drained almost instantly when skating. Here is clip of my 85ovr MacKinnon losing stamina way faster than usual, this happened troughout the whole match and i could get nothing done due to it. This definitely isn't normal as MacKinnon usually is able to sprint for much longer.
