Refresh Squad Battles bug (Team101, 102, etc...)

I have refreshed many times during Squad Battles and noticed around XP level 44 that the same 4-6 Teams keep getting presented to me on Xbox. These Teams are named Team101, Team102... all the way to Team108. I'm assuming these are Team 'Bots' created by EA. The problem now is that no matter how many times I click 'Refresh Teams' I am presented with the same 4 teams. This makes for an incredibly boring user experience.

 

Please address this bug so when I click Refresh Teams, I can play against unique teams instead of the same 4 over and over.

    Please clarify what you mean by intended behaviour?

    So because I refreshed the games more than average I am now enforced to partake in a boring user experience of playing the same 4 EA squad battle bot teams? 
    why? Why should I accept this as intended behaviour as a customer that paid 130 CAD for this game?

    this needs to be addressed immediately 

    The ability to refresh SB games infinite number of times is a new feature in NHL 25. The fact that this bug is in the game tells me that this is NOT intended behaviour this is just yet another sign of a QA team that does not preform its due diligence when this game gets a new release

      I have passed on the feedback on this. Hopefully, we'll see it addressed in a future update.

    here are 2 new screenshots AFTER performing the hard reset and removing game from quick resume. This proves the issue still exists

    Thank you. Have you tried completely closing down NHL 25 and removing it from quick resume? Also, hard restart your console. So far, I'm not able to reproduce this so I want to make sure it's not a cache issue or something.

      Nope - I just removed the game from quick resume AND performed a hard reboot of my series S console and the issue is still there after I refresh the games 

      this tells me you are not reproducing the issue correctly 

      are you on a series S?

      did you click refresh games enough time so that is displays that you have 524 games available? 

      please repeat these steps 

       

      this is still a major usability bug and needs to be addressed by your devs

        I have not tried those steps and I am not on a Series S. This is the only report of this issue I've seen so I wouldn't call it major bug at this time. Regardless, I'll pass on the report.
