Stuck in BAP Cam

My friend has been having a problem since he downloaded the game where he is stuck in the Be a Pro (I think low) camera angle when playing EASHL. We have tried the following to fix the issue:

  1. Starting a game and changing the settings in the in-game menu.
  2. Attempted to start a BAP career and change the visual settings there.
  3. Go into practice mode to try and change the camera.
  4. Delete the locally saved data on the xbox.
  5. Uninstall/Reinstall the game.

Whenever we do any of the following above the camera settings just reset back to the images you see attached. I have also attached a small clip to show that this is happening in EASHL and it is indeed the Be a Pro camera angles.  I have tried everything on my end to replicate the game bug and have not had any success. I am hoping you could have some ideas as to why this may be happening or perhaps any other methods you can think of to fix this bug that is making the game unplayable for him. Thank you for your time.

Hey there. Try this. Go to EASHL and choose the gear icon (Settings). Go to Audio & Visual settings. Now, change the Online Be a Pro Camera. That is the one that sets your camera for EASHL. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

I will take the responsibility for not putting that part in here but as I have posted the pictures for both the AV settings in EASHL and the one in the main menu, I have already tried changing both of those and it doesn't work for whatever the reason.

      6. Modified the settings in both the EASHL and Main menus AV settings to an overhead/classic/dynamic high camera adjustments. Even trying broadcast to get any sort of change.

Try clearing your local saved data. This normally deletes the changes to settings. You may need to be offline for this since that usually downloads from the cloud.

        1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 25 tile.
        2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
        3. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

After this, load back into NHL 25 and try setting your camera.
