Syncing issue

After a goal was scored in my EASHL 3v3 match, my center who scored, started to sync. We assumed this was normal until he told us he was still syncing during the faceoff. In order for him to even be able to see the ice again, he had to press pause and play in the background of the pause menu. Also during this match after the opposing team tripped one of our players, the syncing screen popped up and wouldn’t stop syncing for 4 1/2 minutes straight. EA please fix your game because paying 80$ for the same game with more bugs is ridiculous. Thanks for reading.
