NHL 25 Club Stats API Error
Hello, I'm having an ongoing issue with the API for club stats this year. The call that I've been using year after year doesn't work with this year's club IDs. For example: This call for my club from NHL 24 last year worked fine (and still does to date): https://proclubs.ea.com/api/nhl/clubs/stats?clubIds=15441&platform=common-gen5 But the same call for my club in NHL 25 returns an error (878plae8i): https://proclubs.ea.com/api/nhl/clubs/stats?clubIds=21457&platform=common-gen5 I've done some spot checks with other club IDs from this year's game and it returns the same generic error, so it's not just an issue with my club. Since Sunday 27th October, loading into online games has stopped working. In WOC I constantly get the message "game configuration failed" whenever I am loading into a game no matter which club is used for the session. In other modes, such as versus, I get the message "failed to retrieve data" along with the error code whenever I load into a game. Every single method the web can offer has been tested and the only correlation I can think of is the system update that sony rolled out during Friday 25th October but I did manage to play a few games right after the system update. Game configuration failed . The game suffered a configuration fail. Please try again. Me and my teammate have been suffering of this error for some time now. It is random, and the error pops up as the game starts to load into the game. We mostly play as a group of 4 people or more, so when this kind of error happens the rest of our group leave the game so we can re-queue for a new game, giving us all a very bad experience of the game. In hes message he referred to this post; The latest match where this error happened is match id of 13722533280441, where our team (Pekan Tangat) faces Usama HC. We had a group of 5 players, and only 3 of us got into the game. So me and my one teammate got the "game conf failed" -error and did not make it into the game. Therefore the rest of group ditching the match and giving us another 0-3 defeat to our name. The player id;s of the players that got the error when loading into the game: 802295888and1692714479 So with the advice given, we deleted our initial club (Div 1 club) to create another, which we were fine with as long as the error would be fixed. Now we are in a situation where we have deleted our initial club, but the error persists. So the solution of "deleting the club" wont be an acceptable answer this time, as it seems not to work. I have now provided you with sufficent data to dig into this, giving you the exact match id of when it happened, and who it happened to. I can provide the PSN nicknames of the error victims via PM aswell, if the player id linking to psn names is needed. Im looking forward in hearing more of what causes this, and how we can fix this so that we can get the full experience of the game without having to always worry, when the next configuration error happens again. After a goal was scored in my EASHL 3v3 match, my center who scored, started to sync. We assumed this was normal until he told us he was still syncing during the faceoff. In order for him to even be able to see the ice again, he had to press pause and play in the background of the pause menu. Also during this match after the opposing team tripped one of our players, the syncing screen popped up and wouldn’t stop syncing for 4 1/2 minutes straight. Hi All, This post makes me very frustrated with EA and SONY. I purchased the pre-order deluxe edition of NHL 25(Over $120!!!!) and after playing for less than 2 hours my game crashed saying "Failed to retrieve data" and I have not been able to open HUT again. Every time I go to open HUT it gives me error code CE-108255-1. I have tried all the solutions I could find for this error code and saw people were experiencing the same thing with Fifa FUT a couple weeks ago. I don't play a lot of video games so when I go on and can't even play it is beyond frustrating. I even tried another PS5 and the same issue persists. Is it my account, EA or Sony's problem? On PS5, if I go from playing a local co-op game into HUT, or even if just a second controller gets turned on, I'll get all the way to the point of pressing the options button to confirm my lineup for a new game (doesn't mater the game mode) and I get asked to sign in. The 2nd controller could be off, I'll even reset the game (I am 100% sure I'm logged into my account - the other controller has only every used a guest account), and I still get hassled to log in. The only solution I've found so far is to reset the system. Is this something common? Is there another way to fix it?7Views0likes0CommentsCommentary Not Working and Game Won't Sign into EA Servers on PS5
The commentary flat out won't say a word except for goals and big plays and the game is not signing into EA Servers. This does not happen on any other EA Sports/EA game i have. I've restarted my PS5, reinstalled the game, and this hasn't worked. Again, through troubleshooting I can confirm this is not my PS5, it is signed into the Playstation network and all other games including EA Sports games work properly.
