Playing NHL 25 xbox I go from playing behind my team to the other out of blue
I have been playing the NHL 25 for a while and lately when I am playing the first period it shows my perspective playing from behind my own team that I chose, Leafs, so when the second period starts all of a sudden the perspective of the camera has flipped I have done nothing so it now show me playing from being the opposite team not my own and is so confusing and weird I have to stop playing because no matter what I do it stays the same and I cant play it like that.Terrible servers + drastic increase of WOC dressing room bugs
The servers have been absolutely awful all week. I just lagged out of my 7th game in two days and am down 2.5K RP, do you guys not make enough money to have consistent servers for the one year life span of the game? Dressing room bugs are happening almost every single invite, how in the world does the frequency of a bug increase this drastically? Considering you guys charge $100 for a product that’s realistically worth somewhere in the realm of $39.99-$49.99 - I would assume good servers would be a given. We already know the game is polluted with bugs, but having to spend 15-20 minutes just to try and get into a lobby without bugging out just to lag out in the first period anyways is ridiculous.
Commentary Not Working and Game Won't Sign into EA Servers on PS5
The commentary flat out won't say a word except for goals and big plays and the game is not signing into EA Servers. This does not happen on any other EA Sports/EA game i have. I've restarted my PS5, reinstalled the game, and this hasn't worked. Again, through troubleshooting I can confirm this is not my PS5, it is signed into the Playstation network and all other games including EA Sports games work properly. The commentary and sign in do not work only on this game (NHL 25). Please assist.Perfect record blown because of internet blip and forced loss
As I was playing a rivals game in HUT I experienced an internet outage which I couldn't really do anything about it, was literally a 2 minute thing. I expected the game I was planning to be able to connect to the servers. However, it didn't, so I was forced to close out the game and restart it. And uh, I was in the third period winning 8 to 1 against a 76 overall rated team. My perfect record is gone. I took a loss i don't deserve. Contacted ea help. And they were not helpful. No one could do **bleep**. I feel completely let down by ea right now. You have a phenomenal player in me. And I just started playing in January. Like. This really hurts. What can I do. My internet had an ethernet cable and everything, so I don't know what I could've done differently. Because apparently this is my fault. According to EA helpBe a pro needs to be fixed
I'm in the year 2038 on my be a pro save and whenever a conversation with the coach or agent pops up the conversation dose pop up it just dose the animation then freezes in the conversation cut scene I just wanna retire and get my thropy to retire with gold legacy stats but the game won't pop up with the conversation dialog in order to let me to advance passed the conversation EA GET RID OF THE CONVERSATIONS IN BE A PRO NOBODY ASKED FOR THEM NOBODY WANTS THEM GET RID OF THEM OF MAKE THEM OPTIONAL CUZ NOW THAT 480 HOURS I SPENT PLAYING UR GAME HAS NOW BEEN WASTED CUZ I HAVE TO DO BE A PRO ALL OVER AGAIN JUST TO RETIER, I been playing ea NHL games since 2002 if you don't fix this BULL**** then I'll NEVER buy another ea product again
Disconnects at End of HUT Champs Games
Just finished my HUT Champs week with a record of 8-9-3 when it should be 10-8-2. 2 times I won a game and got to the end game screen where it hung like it was loading (with the puck spinning top right corner) and after about 20 seconds it told me I lost connection to EA servers. Keep in mind my internet itself never went out. Upon reentering the game I found myself with a disconnect loss even though both games were completely over. (I had even lost 1 other game where the hang-up still happened at the end and I received no XP etc. afterwards!) Now I am missing out on the promised 91 card after earning it fair and square due to this bug on your end. I think it's only fair that you please give me my rightfully earned 91 Jean Beliveau to make it right and look into fixing this issue that is affecting users all over. The games where it happened were: Won against cousinr at 60:00 on 3/10/25 Won against MUG at 76:04 (OT) on 3/10/25 Loss against Nova8230 at 82:40 (OT) on 3/10/25 If any more info is needed please ask.
