I found them. They were set in an X factor set. They were not sold as ea claimed. I did not do this. It is a glitch in the system that went for my main lineup. It seems all my active roster players were put in this said and removed from my lineup.
I figured the solution for this glitch. This can be closed. Please help with this if anyone else encounters this issue . Please and thank you.

Also please note that there is no logic that someone compromised my account and went in my lineup, sold all my lineup players but didn’t sell any from my inventory. There is no logic that some went in my lineup and removed all players from my lineup and put them in sets but didn’t put all my other tradeables in sets.
I live with my family and none of them play NHL 25 or would even no how log into hut let alone do as suggested. No hacker would do such thing either. It’s not logic this is the case.The logic is my lineup players disappeared, it is 100 a glitch, and ea is it listening to this concern. I spent to many hours trying to get someone from ea to help.

Also please note that have another tradeable card in my inventory and other untradeables in my inventory that were not in my lineup and none of these have gone missing. This is a 100% glitch with the lineup cards gone missing.

A third message from the same support.
“You will need to contact an advisor for assistance with this. If the items were sold, traded or used in a set without your knowledge, that needs to be investigated.”
This person has done no investigation as in the case and this very forum it shows what level 1 support has found.
“I can assure you we have checked all the possibilities and scenarios in this but all we have found all the players were sold and it was done through trusted devices or sources. And we cannot escalate it further because this is the higher form of chat support any players can get. “
and they led me here so you could investigate further as I did not sell them or put them in sets and if they were sold I would see them in the sold items list which I do not. They were in my lineup. All tradeable and untradeable cards in my lineup went missing. The bnd cards remained in my lineup. Please escalate to someone to investigate, talk to developers if necessary as lvl suggested they would, and resolve.I would like help!

Please note that cards in lineup cannot be sold as claimed I haveor put into sets. I hope that helps you resolve this so this doesn’t happen to anyone else and I can start playing again.

Also, please whoever assist me next please have him or here read the case #192093152 where I stared and this forum where I escalated as I spend countless hours on this already and have gotten no support on this matter.

Hello ea. this is the second message I received from also.

Why am I being put in circles. First he says they were sold then he says I need to follow up again to find out if they were sold. This is horrible service.
No set was made and no card was sold. I can guarantee it. I am pointing you to that these items are from my lineup that all went missing. Please have someone read my case throughly who has the utilities to investigate and willingness to assist. - cyvgd2zdq5ghNew Spectator
Hello EA. Can come one help me with this. Aljo has not looked into this and just passed the buck. This was the reply from Aljo
“Hello. I see support is telling you those items were sold. If they were not sold by you, it's possible your account was compromised. That is something support will need to handle then. Please open another case and go through the process for a compromised account. More information ont hat can be found here.”
I came here because level one support didn’t have the utilities to assist and I was sent here and so far no extra effort was provided here.
My cards were not sold like ea keeps claiming and my account was not compromised. If my cards were sold they would show in my sold items and why would the tradeable in my lineup also go missing. This has all to do with the both the tradeable and untradeable cards in my active lineup gone missing. All other cards are still in my lineup (bnd) and lesser tier cards are in my inventory have not gone missing.
Please fix this as I am extremely frustrated with the support.
if my cards were sold why can’t I see them in my sold items and what they sold for. It is because they were not sold, or else they would show there like all my other sold items.
Also I logged off for 40 mins and logged back in and the cards were all gone. I was home the entire time and not away from the television. The people I live with are my family and have never log into NHL25. But this is a moot point anyway because the cards are not in my sold items.

It’s all in the case but so it is not over looked
my tradeable and untradeable cards in my active lineup disappeared.
the bnd cards in my active lineup are still in my lineup.
my inventory/fodder is still in my inventory and seems to all still be accounted for
items in my trade pile seem to all still be there as well
it seems it is only the cards that were current in my lineup/roster that were/are either tradeable or untradeable that disappeared
as far as I am aware roster players cannot even be sold even if I wanted to and have to be removed from the lineup first. This is also proof I did not sell them.
As I explained these cards were part of my roster. I am frustrated cause technaical supports tells me they are sold. No I did not sell them or use them in sets. They were dressed on my roster when I last seen them. These cards are not listed in my sold items as proof. I attached a picture in the case to show all the recent sales in my auction. These cards are not they. They simply vanished. This has something to do with a bug with the roster as it is only these cards that went missing with the exception of bnd cards on my roster which are still dressed on My roster. All other roster spots are now blank.
I hope this is clear as I had a hard time relaying this to technical support, which led me here.
