Why is my S.Crosby have a X on the card?

I pulled a 94 Overall X factor S.Crosby in a tradeable sellable pack. EA’S says it was a mistake you can’t have it how would you feel if you the best ever card  I’ve ever pulled to be stolen away from me for untradeable version of the card at 91. I paid for ingame currency and if anything the card should been one of two things made tradeable like the pack was witch paid for with in game currency at 94 overall or it should of been set to 91 overall tradeable and sellable card like the pack that was advertised when I purchased it with my in game currency witch is my money right I bought a pack got the best card ever and you steal it back play you was EA says should be more like steal our way from our customers you should punished the Programmers not the customer.
