Bonk Choy's uppercut attack deals 2x stronger Secondary Damage, whereas Beat Choy's uppercut deals standard Damage instead of heavy Secondary Damage. Is this intended?

I think the bug is with bonk choy, im pretty sure the secondary damage IS the uppercut, so it should be 1x that value
It seems I phrased things confusingly. What I meant was that Bonc Choy deals Secondary Damage (which is twice its normal damage) on an uppercut, whereas Beat Choy does not (its uppercut does not deal secondary damage).
Additionally, I have a reason to believe this is a bug. Since Beat Choy currently deals normal damage with its uppercut, Beat Choy always performs the uppercut twice. This issue occurs because the condition for triggering an uppercut is set to 'when the zombie's health is lower than the secondary damage,' but the actual damage dealt is normal damage
