Watching the ad for the 4th Zen Garden slot removes all my hearts.

I saw someone else having the same issue on here. I had even ran into this problem sometime myself afterwards, and I can confirm that this is a bug that definitely needs fixing.

The issue is logged, but intermittent and tricky to reproduce. Were you connected to wifi or data, and did you notice it only started happening this week, or since the game went live?

I was connected to wifi, and this is the first time I recall this has happened.

I am not sure if this is the first time I have watched an ad for the 4th slot before spending my first heart of the day however. All I can say is that I had the app open for a while before the daily reset, and the app was open while the daily reset happened.

After the daily reset where we gain a measly 3 hearts, I clicked to unlock the 4th vase and my 3 hearts simply disappeared. I wouldn't even complain about this bug if the planting system wasn't so limited, but we all know it's extremely necessary for player progression, so yes, I want my 3 hearts back.

Im using wifi. 

After unlocking my 4th plant pot by watching an ad I lost all 3 of my daily hearts and they are still at 0 after restarting. This is now the second time in a row that this occurred. Please address this bug!

Just experienced the same issue (2nd time) after unlocking the 4th pot with an ad on an Android device. Really disappointing. 

Adding more detail..

• What device are you playing on?
• Alldocube iPlay 50 Mini 
• Are you connected to data or wifi?
• WiFi 
• When did you first notice this issue happening?
• 4 days ago, it has now happened a second time. 
• You mentioned it doesn't happen every time, is there anything extra you can add to help us reproduce this?
• If the app isn’t closed in the background and you attempt to unlock the 4th pot without doing anything else first this seems to cause the loss of all hearts.

Question for you: Can you reinstate the lost hearts?
