I’ve been having an issue completing my final mastery challenge, I have completed 5+ goals (solo) in 2 different OTL challenges and neither of them are registering to complete the task.

I should be able to clarify this. It sounds like you're talking about completing Requirements (Reqs) within the OTL (individual tricks or objectives, like "Christ Air 0/1" or "Grind Distance 0/25m").
The Flow Mastery task requires 3 Goals in an OTL Challenge, where the OTL Goals are:- Goal 1: Complete 5 Reqs
- Goal 2: Complete 10 Reqs
- Goal 3: Complete 15 Reqs
- Goal 4: Complete 25 Reqs
- Goal 5: Complete 40 Reqs
So to complete the task, enter any OTL solo or with a party and complete 15 Requirements.

I’ve had this same issue with completing four goals in an otl. I have done it solo and with a party and it still won’t register
