Advanced Manual Techniques

The objective wants you to complete 2 Flip Tricks & 2 Manuals in a sequence. I've done this numerous times and it refuses to count it, making me Return to Marker each time. Ive spent hours trying different variations and nothing! I've even tried using kickers and ramps, only dropping off the ledge and doing,it all on the street...Nothing is working. Fix this please!?
