All my progress and purchases got deleted and EA can't do anything about it.

Launched Skate. from steam a few days ago. I have 33 hours logged on the game. My steam library even shows all my achievements etc. When the game booted up to the start screen it asked me to log into my EA account again. This doesn't usually happen. So I log in and it's asking me to re-link my EA and steam accounts. I've had my accounts linked for a long time now so I think nothing of it and proceed with the corresponding log in info. 

Now everything is gone. Purchases (Skatepass) my 33 hours of progess, settings, customization, everything. I loaded in on the character creation screen and have had to go through the tutorial and everything. 

Spend multiple sessions and over 3 hours on the live chat (getting reconnected over and over mid-conversation for no reason) only to find out that yeah.....that save data is just gone? Can't be recovered. Can't get refunded for my purchases or have anything restored. All because I logged into EA when EA asked me to. Make it make sense!

    I just had this issue, right after I synced my EA account with Xbox. I'm sorry that happened. At least now I know not to even bother submitting a ticket

    I have a similar issue . i changed my gamertag and then was forced to make a new character. every other game still works like my COD account, fortnite. expect for ea skate. if i knew that this would have happened i never would of changed my gamer tag. now my original character with all the items I bought founders pack, DIY spaceman, and rare cool things from season one pass is now all gone. would love for EA to make this right... HELP!

    I was in live chat for a entire day nearly they are abso0lutely no help, I contacted microsoft also just because one of the first unhelpful agents redirected me to them, pure laziness, but anyways they stated it was a syncing issues, and its completely on ea obviously. help us get our accounts back!!!
